Printed Circuit Board

Main printed circuit board (PCB) for the M120 Series Thermometers.  Nothing risky here.  Tried and true PCB construction to last decades.  Through-hole components for reparability and added reliability.

Thin trace widths of .25mm (.01in) are common on boards today.  Our default trace width is three times that at .75mm (.0295in) wide.

Surface finish is HASL (hot air solder leveling), copper trace weight of 1oz, board material is FR4 TG130 (flame retarding with, glass transition temperature of 130°C), two layers, 1.6mm thick, and a minimum tracking/spacing of 6/6mil.  Made in USA.
