30-Day Return Guarantee

TempEye° products are guaranteed for a refund of the purchase price, up to 30 days after purchase by customer.  Guarantee does not include a refund of shipping charges, import duties, or return shipment charges.

Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging for a full refund, otherwise only a partial refund will be offered.  See below on emailing us before returning any item.

12-Month Limited Warranty

TempEye° products are warranted to work up to 12 months after purchase by customer.  Limited warranty does not include a refund of shipping charges, import duties, or return shipment charges.  If product fails within one year, under normal use conditions, then return product to us at your cost.  We will repair or replace product, and return either to you at our cost, less any import duties.  See below on emailing us before returning any item.

Prior to returning a product to us, send us an email at   so we can determine if the item is under the limited warranty or the return guarantee, and if so, then to provide the physical return address.
